We started work developing the SportPro LED floodlighting range back in 2012 and only when we were happy with the performance started to offer them as a floodlighting option. We wanted to provide lighting systems that would reduce the amount of wasted energy being used by sports clubs, providing them with a long lasting cheaper to run floodlighting solution. With the old style traditional HID metal halide lighting systems requiring annual maintenance and constant lamp changes to keep there designed lighting levels. These additional costs are often overlooked when purchasing a floodlighting system and can seriously increase the running costs of a lighting system. We quickly found that the SportPro LED floodlight outperformed the HID floodlights and offered energy savings of over 40%. In 2014 we took the decision to only offer LED floodlighting systems as the benefits far outweighed the additional cost. The initial cost of owning an SportPro LED floodlighting system would quickly be recouped due to lower running costs, no lamp replacements and no annual maintenance. We are constantly developing our LED sports floodlights and can now offer the TennisPro LED floodlight. This LED floodlighting system can upgrade an existing shoebox style 1000w HID floodlight with a 500w LED array. The old HID lamp and reflectors are simply removed and the TennisPro LED insert is clipped into place. We also offer a complete TennisPro LED luminaire for new installations.
